North Carolina Extension & Community Association (NCECA) announces its 2023 scholarships. High school seniors, full-time college students, and adults wanting to attend college are eligible. North Carolina residents planning to attend a NC accredited college, community college or technical institute in the fall of 2023 may apply.

Applications are available at all Rutherford County high schools and at the Cooperative Extension office, 193 Callahan Koon Rd, Suite 164 Spindale, NC 28160 or online NCECA Scholarship 2023.
