BBQ Bootcamp is an evidence-based, interactive program designed to promote food science, food safety, meat science, and food preparation in a way to make you confident about practicing these skills.
Instructors will use hands-on activities and group facilitated learning to teach you about the science behind meat preparation, in a fun and memorable way. Participants will end the day by preparing their own lunch as they implement skills and knowledge they have gained through their exciting day at BBQ Bootcamp.
Class size is limited to 12, so don’t hesitate to register now!
