North Carolina food service managers seeking “Certified Food Safety Manager” certification in order to meet the NC Food Code requirement component of the food establishment’s inspection can register for the upcoming NC Safe Plates class.

Managers successfully completing the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certify Exam meet the FDA Food Code requirement for ANSI (American National Standards Institution) approved Certified Food Protection Manager.

Dates:  February 20, 27 and March 13 ( Must attend all days)

Times: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day  ( The exam will be given on Monday 13 from 3-5 p.m.)

Location:  Rutherford County Cooperative Extension, 193 Callahan Koon Road, Spindale, NC  28160
